BIrthday

Happy Birthday to Me!

Ashley and I celebrate the same birthday and Erin's bday was yesterday!

We're all going out tonight with the team for dinner and then later drinks and dancing!

Transition week is over and I start work on Monday and everyone else leaves for Spike travel on Monday too. The dorms will become very quiet..it should be really nice though.

I'm coming home April 3-11 for a little break so I'm also looking forward to that.

I will update more this week.

Love ya'll

2 more work days to go :)

Time here in New Orleans is almost done and I am super excited! This round hasn't been the best and I just can't wait to get back to Denver. This week started off slow but looking back it went by fast. Mon-Wed, I was in the warehouse so just stupid shit...pretty much doing the bitch work which is definnitely not what i signed up for. After lunch on Wednesday, I started not to feel good and I thought it was just the chicken I had at lunch. I ended up being #7 on the team to be brought down with the nasty stomach-flu virus thingy. I puked my guts out and slept the rest of the day and didn't go to work on Thursday and so I slept some more and watched some DVDs. I went to work today and lasted a half a aday and then I went back to the house and slept somre more and watched another movie. I just had no energy at work since I really didn't eat much for 2 days and wanted to sleep. I still have a headache and my stomach is turning a little bit. Hopefully I'll be much better tomorrow.

So yea...everyone will probably go out tonight...I'm not. I plan on being asleep by 9again and I'll probably watch some more movies. I'm technically not allowed to go out either...Its an AmeriCorps rule that if you miss work you can't go out. I'm completely fine with it. I would be torturing my body if I decided to go tonight. I was asleep by 9pm last night and probbaly will be tonight.

I finished my 4th book since starting AmeriCorps..Now onto my 5th and it's really good. I've been reading a ton more since i don't have internet and am not always online watching TV shows. It's relaxing to read and I hope to continue too even when I get internet again.

So my poem (my last entry) pretty much sumed up this round for me. I started off just writing a poem but I ended up using it as my reflection too. I figured since I put some emotion into that it would be a good reflection too. Next round hopeflly will be better and I'm pretty sure it will be.

So anywho...not much more to say.

Love ya'll!

A poem!! That I haven't titled yet.

My team went to a park on Saturday and it was a gorgeous day so I found a peaceful spot by a pond and did some reflecting and here's a poem that I wrote :)

Sitting beneth the trees is so calming to my heart
Water falling, birds chirping, its been great from the start
Looking around, its so pretty to see
But part of me wishes it was my family and friends with me

One week to go, New Orleans has been fun
However, my mind, body and soul can't wait to be done
The days flew by and I made it around the dunes
New skills were learned that was last me many moons

City streets, glazing, caulking, priming and painting
Is all I have learned, but part of me is still waiting
I will stay strong and finish with my head help high
Some days part of me wishes I could fly

Five months has passed, Denver to Missouri to here
People though will never see me clear
I've learned lots about me and love who I am
Bad days or good days, the journey still stands

This experience I'm doing is different for all
Some take it lightly, while some will stand tall
My thoughts and emotions are a part of me, myself and I
To the past, to now, to later, it won't ever be goodbye.

Drumroll please...

I am in DENVER next round!!!! And I am very excited about it. The team seems great and I'm definitely looking forward to the project and to be working with kids. :)
I'm also looking forward to having my own room and being able to go on a run or walk by myself and not be secluded from a 10ft metal fence. And...my mom might be visiting me. And my friend, Christine, is so I'm totally excited to see some people that I love and care about! )

We have one more full week here and then 2days the last week and then we clean then leave!!! I hope next week goes by fast!

SO yea...if you want to start sending me mail my address is my main Denver one. :) :)

ANyways...this one is short...the weather is nice and we're going to go to a park today and hangout and have fun!

love and miss you all greatly!

Hi all

Hiii to whomever is reading this!

It's been awhile since I've updated. Things have been going alright so far. The project is better some days then others. Each week our role changes and we can either be assigned to a house site, warehouse, salvage, runner, lead tester or decon. Some assignments are better than others. I'm really ready for the project to be over with. I've learned new skills but I feel like Rebuilding Together could have used us more and we could have helped a lot in getting more houses completed. But oh well...only around 9 work days left.
Team dynamics have been different this round also. It's been harder for me. I don't feel close to people on my team anymore except a few which makes it hard to talk or vent or just let loose. So I am looking forward to shuffle round. we're supposed to find out next week hopefully wednesday or thurday. I will either be staying in denver working with kids, in arizona working with the fire department or in texas working with kids. Those were my first three choices so whichever project I get I will be happy!
New Orleans is definnitely a crazy, unique city. Last weekend was the superbowl and the Saints won. It was crazy here! Sooo much fun though. I had a low key night with Sophia and jamie and we got dinner at a nice resturant and watched the game and then we joined everyone else after halftime at a bar that everyone was at. I didn't drink and either did sophia and jamie so it was interesting to say the least to be one of the only sober people there. But all in all it was a really fun night. This week(end) is Mardi Gras. I plan on only going out hard core one night. I'm learning that I'm not a huge partier and don't just want to go out and get drunk every night. I was talking to Sophia and we both wish there were more team stuff to do that doesn't revolve around alcohol. She doesn't drink and I haven't been much lately and it seems like everyone bonds and gets close when they go out and drink. But...oh well, I'm not going to change who I am just to try to fit in more. It's been nice hanging out with Sophia anyways.
Well anyways...so as of now I am rating this whole spike 2 a 5 or 6 if I had to rate it 1 being the worse and 10 being the best. My mind and spirit seems to have shut off and I'm ready for next round which I'm hoping will be better.

But...to end on a positive note. I have learned new skills and was watching a home repair show at the gym and I new all the stuff they were talking about. Maybe one day I'll flip a house and making it all pretty and livable again!

Love ya'll!!!!!

Hiiiiiii

Hi Everyone
Sorry its been soooooo long since I've updated. We don't have internet in the house we're staying in right now and so we go to this nearby coffee shop about once a week to use their internet.

So...if you didn't know. I'm in New Orleans, Louisiana working with Rebuilding Together until March 6th. The weather has been pretty warm but rainy some days. The culture here is amazing and has a wide variety of people. Anyone can fit in the cafe that I'm sitting in right now. Everyone seems to be accepted here.

So...i've been learning new skills working with rebuilding together. I've learned how to caulk, glaze, prime and paint and how to use some sawing tools. It's been great. Each week, we change where we're working and do different things which is cool. I was in the warehouse the first week which kind of sucked since I wasnt' doing hands on stuff. But, now I've been at a house site for the week which has been great!

I miss everyone at home a ton though! I am loving it here but being in a house with 11 people can get pretty crazy. I don't have much alone time which is hard for me but I'm managing. I've also been working out lots lately too which has been amazing. I get up at 5am with Nicky and we go to the YMCA and work out about 3x/week and then i try to go on the weekends later on in the day. I've been eating really well too and have been feeling good :) I woke up at 5am today and am again tomororw. I ran pretty well today too.

While being here...I'm going to try to find some new hobbies that really interest me. I'm enjoying all the hands on stuff and fixing up things which could become a new hobby of mine...Or even, a career. Who knows though...All's i know is that I have no clue what I want to do after AmeriCorps. I'm thinking of looking up some AmeriCorps Direct programs to work with Rebuilding Together or Habitat or even just a non-profit organization similar to both of those. Or go back to school if I figure out what I want to do. No need to go back if I still have no clue.

Gahhh...it's only 8:45 and I'm tired already. Which is OK though. I was up early and did a lot of good work today on the house. I have been doing lots of glazing and painting lately. I'm actually a really good glazer and lots of people have trouble with it. The first day I was on the site, I glazed some windows, caulked underneath a 2nd level thing and then finished priming it and painting it. I love knowing all these skills. They'll definitely come in handy when I have my own house one day or even when my friends or family need some work done. It's good to be handy!

Anywho...I'm at the cafe with Andrew and Sophia and we're gonna head back to the house in a few minutes. I love you all and miss you ton!

Spike 1 is coming to an end

Hey everyone!
Tomorrow is my teams last day of work and we head back to Denver on Wednesday morning. This last month FLEW by!!! The work was tedious at times but it definitely was a successful first spike :) I am looking forward to going home though for a few and then starting my next spike in New Orleans!!!

So...I've been up to a lot lately. Hanukkah started so me and another core member try to light the menorah every night. Last Friday, we had a little holiday party and I cooked latkas (first time cooking them so not the best. haha), we exchanged gifts with our secret santa which was fun and then we went to Santas Magical Kingdom which was pretty lame and a rip off. I'm not a huge fan of just looking at lights and listening to Christmas music. My whole teams know I'm not a fan of it..I like it but can ony handle it in small bursts.

I can't even remember what else I've been up to. We've still been working with honeysuckel. We worked in the shop a few times and did some seed stuff too. I was in the shop with my team and I was putting hinges on a box. I was using the drill and it slipped off the nail I was drilling and hit my finger. Only a little cut. It was funny though cause my TL, Danielle, did the same thing about 10 minutes before I did. So we both had matching bandaids! Luckily it wasn't too bad and only a little blood.

I don't remember what day this was but 4 others and me cleaned out a Cisterne (don't know how to spell it) It's like this underground water holder thing. We sang sounds and it sounded beautiful!

For our last Saturday here...we went and got mexican food, then to some local bar and then did bowling. It was fun. A nice way to be with the team and have fun!

I was on the cooking team last week so I had to shop and cook for 11 people. Not an easy task. I've learned that I'm not a great cook but with the help of my cooking crew we made it a success.

We all had to write a reflection for our project portfolio so this is what I wrote...it sums up the first month pretty well. Enjoy...

So…I’m going to recognize honeysuckle wherever I go now. Yippee! Honeysuckle, privet and redbud weeds were about 80% of what my teams’ job was at the Shaw Nature Reserve. We spent the majority of our time outside using weedwackers and spraying pathway or roundup to kill the weeds. This spike was definitely a mental challenge more than physical. Killing honeysuckle all day is very tedious but my team made it through all the days, which by the end of the day, went by very fast. My team got to know one another when we worked in pairs which also helped the time go by fast. We asked ‘this or that’ questions, we asked ‘if you could…’ questions and we just talked. There were times when there wasn’t much talking. When I used the weedwackers, I had ear protection in and so did the sprayers so I pretty much did lots of thinking. I could hear my own breathing which actually was kind of weird but it also was really nice to have everything else zoned out.

My team has about a week left and I’m actually really ready for a new project. I loved the work site and like being outside, but I’m ready to start new work and learn new skills. There were times when I was frustrated and just needed to vent. My legs have scrapes and bruises on them and today I had my first fall with the weedwacker and got some bruises from that. I did laugh at myself though. Being outside in 30 degree weather sucks. When my toes and hands are cold…it’s miserable. Lesson learned...bundle up! But anyways…I am going to miss the reserve. I went on a run Saturday on some of the paths and it was so peaceful. It was nice not hearing cars zoom by. Yes..I had my iPod playing but just looking out and seeing the nature around was really nice. The atmosphere will probably be much different next spike since we won’t be in the middle of nowhere seeing honeysuckle for miles. When I walk at night…I see honeysuckle now, or bushes or vines. It’s awful. It’s everywhere…even in my dreams sometimes!!

But anywho…besides the bruises and scrapes and cold fingers and toes, Spike 1 was definitely a success. It certainly wasn’t my ideal project but I know we accomplished a lot and I know our sponsors appreciate everything we’ve helped with. My team bonded and we all get along and we made it through so far with no “storming” episodes.

Alright...thats all for now. We're having our sponsors over for dinner so I guess I should put on jeans and not wear my sweatpants that I'm in right now.

Fire Burning

Hey all
Today was a day not involving honeysuckle which means it's been a good day! The day got off to a late start since James (ant expert) was running late. So we all just sat around the house waiting. Once he arrived our day started off with seed collecting which is actually pretty peaceful and a nice change of pace compared to honeysuckle removal. Sierra and I collected a cool looking plant thing that I can't remember the name too. But..it starts with a C. We did seed collecting til about 10:45 and then had a break til 11:30. Today was woodland fire burning so we had to eat early to start the fires by 11:30.
We all got in these cool looking yellow and orange jumpsuits and put on our protective eye wear and put on the water backpacks or grabbed a rake. We split ourselves up and half of us went with John and the other half with Glen. I was in the group with Glen as the main man. He started the fires and we followed behind to make sure it didn't cross the firebreak. Its really hard to explain so I'll post some pictures on facebook. Doing a burn is a pretty technical process. They have to make sure the weather is right and that the wind in blowing in the right direction and they have to tell the fire department.
It was definitely an experience. I felt like a fireman...well, firewoman. The flames didn't get higher than a couple feet but it was cool to see how to fire moved into the field of the honeysuckle that was being burnt. It's confusing. Even has I type I don't know how to put it all in words.
Then we did PT, but since we all were in a tired mood we did a trail walk with the stuff every 5 minutes. My stomach was hurting me and still in now so that's put a damper on my day.

That's all for now

Love and Miss you all!!!!

Happy Saturday!

Today definitely feels like Sunday since this is my 3rd day off in a row.

Lets see...so Thanksgiving.

Our sponsor invited my team over for thanksgiving lunch/dinner. It was both since it stuffed me up. The food was amazing and John (our sponser) has a very nice and welcoming family! We went there at 12:30 and didn't get back til like 6. We ate a ton of food, then in order to get desert, they have a family tradition of going on a hike. So we went on about an 1.5hr hike and then went back for dessert. It definitely is a Thanksgiving that I wont ever forget. I did miss my family though!

My team has just been doing lots of hanging out and exploring since we have a 4day weekend now. After we got back from Turkey dinner around 6, we did some driving/exploring. Went to Walmart, Steak 'n Shake, Applebees and then we got back to our rooms and watched TV together.
Then Friday..we went to St. Louis and went to a amazing place called "City Museum." It's like a huge-ass playground for all ages. I've posted lots of pics on Facebook for everyone to see. We spent a few hours there, then we went out to eat, then we're back around 9pm where we all just hung out some more and went to bed pretty early.
Today started with me and 3 other teammates getting some ISP hours. And of course..the project we found was honeysuckel removal. haha. That's why only 4 out of 9 people went because people were sick of week removal and people wanted to sleep in. I'm glad I went though...4 more hours closer to the 80 that we need in total. The ISP was at Castlewood State Park..it was a really pretty park and after we got back, we met up with everyone else and then we all drove back there. We took two cars though. I drove the truck and stopped at a Verizon store to upgrade my phone and then we met up with the van. We played some football and frisbee and I felt like a little kid playing on the playground and swinging on the swing...it definitely was a blast though! Some people drove the truck to pick up our Team Leader, Danielle, from the airport since she went home for a wedding and then me and 5 others drove the van and are just hanging out in the motel now. I think we're going bowling tonight or doing something fun at least since tomorrow is Sunday and we usually are just lazy and relax all day :)

Alright...I hope your enjoying reading my blog. It really is a challenge for me to write in this all the time but I try lots. I'm a huge procrastinator and just don't want to write in it but I know that you guys want me too :) So I hope your reading it!.

I love you all!!!

die privett die...!!!!!!

Hey all
Sorry its been so long since I've updated last!

It's my 2nd week in Missouri and it's been going pretty well. The first couple days, we were greeted by rain for awhile which was kind of depressing but then the weekend was beautiful and we were back to rain for a few today.

So...what have I been doing you ask?? haha. Well...I've learned that honeysuckle, privett, and redbud are awful and need to die. So...I've been pulling weeds with my hands and using lopper and today I used a brushcutter. The brushcutter was pretty sweet and I demolished a ton of weeds with it. We start work at 7:30am and usually end around 4pm. The day goes by decently fast though. I've also worked in a shop doing carpentry stuff on the raining days which is what I acutally prefer. I also did some seed collecting and cleaning which wasn't bad either. This job definitely isn't something I super enjoy but it's doable for sure. I have learned though that I'm not a super nature person. I am in some ways but theres no way that I could do this type of stuff every day. lol.

So for my first weekend here in Missouri my team went out to St. Louis. We went to the Zoo, mainly cause it was free :) It was pretty cool seeing all the animals and hanging out with my team. We all then went to a place called Iggy's for dinner. It was yummy mexican food. After we all had dinner, the over 21yr olds stayed out for drinks. It was free drinks for ladies after 8pm which was perfect since we obviously don't make much money. haha. One of my friends from Michigan was visitng a friend in St. Louis so he met up with us to for a few. It was nice seeing him again! :) Then...the Sunday was very lazy but very relaxing. I slept in til about noon and then hungout and made a Walmart trip to get some stuff.

And now..it's Tuesday night and dinner should be done soon. Then tomorrow is our last day of work for the week since we get Thursday and Friday off :) :) It will be amazing to sleep in some days and to explore and hopefully get some ISP hours completed.

I've also been running a little bit more. I've been trying to wake up 2-3days a week before work to run with some fellow teammates. We run 3.2 miles and it's actually pretty amazing to see the starts still shining brightly since we've started our run at 5:45am. But...since tomorrow is our last work day I may skip tomorrow and do the run on Thursday and Friday morning since I could sleep in quite a bit much. My team also has to do PT workouts 3days/week which has been going decently well. Of course...everyone isn't going to be happy and people will always complain but I think the majority of people truly do like be forced to workout even after a full, hard day of work. :)

Oh yea...I also found out that I'm going to be in The Gulf for my next spike!!!!!!! Super excited for that! I'm going to be doing construction work which is exactly what I wanted. So that should be pretty fun. We don't know exactly what project we're doing but all the gulf projects are disaster relief with habitat for humanity or rebuilding new orleans. So excited for that!!!!

Now...dinner time super soon!

I love and miss you alll!!!

I will be home Dec20-Jan3 so I look forward to seeing everyone again!

I leave for Missouri tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm super excited!!!!!!!!

FIRE 3!!!!

This week flew by. It was a very laid back week since training was pretty much done. We had Induction today. It was a nice little ceremony. Now we're "official" AmeriCorps members :)

Then I packed and my team loaded up the cargo truck and we leave (along with everyone else) at 8am. We're then staying at a Super 8 Motel in Salena, Kansas and then we'll arrive in Gray Summit, Missouri around 7pm on Sunday night.

I love you all!!!!

Happy Day After Your Birthday Neil!!! :)

Hello Everyone!
So it's Tuesday night and we have tomorrow off since its Veterans Day :) I'm super excited to have a day off finally. This week finally is a little more low key since we're basically done with all of our training. If you dont know yet...I leave for Gray Summit, Missouri this Saturday. My group will be working at Shaw Nature Reserve which is about 40miles southwest of St. Louis. We have great accomondations compared to some other groups. My group will be staying in a hotel so nice beds, nice showers and bathrooms for us. Some of the others groups aren't as lucky as us. But...these accomondations are only for a month and I'm sure my next Spike will be a little more rustic. Which I'm completely fine with too. :) Today was a easy day. We met with our Unit for like 15 min then broke up into our Teams where we did project briefs. That's just wear you divy up the roles and get ready to present them to the people that found us these projects just so they know that we know what we're going to be doing on Spike. I'm the PT coordinator (obviously) and I'm working on the Yearbook which is easy. I just get to take pictures and then write short sentences about them.

So..what have I been up to lately??? I can't even remember.
Monday: A super boring training with information that I really don't even rememer. Alls I remember doing is playing games with the people I was sitting by..like: hangman, dots, and lots of doodling. Then there was the talent show that night which was awesome! Lots of real talents out there.

The weekend was fun. I went out Saturday night with lots of Fire Unit people since it was our last weekend being together. I was pretty fun. I wasn't in a party mood and was tired but still has fun for the most part.

Friday: I really only remember having a speaker from Planned Parenthood come out and talk to all of us. I felt like i was in middle school and was just learning about sex. haha. She showed us how to put a condom on and taught us about other condoms too. It was pretty hilarious actually! Good times..

All the other days are just blurred together. It was lots of training and long days but the weeks have been flying by super fast.

I know tomorrow I'm going to Boulder. A lot of people went there tonight and were spending a night in a hotel but I decided to just stay back and have a low key night. I wasn't the only one that wanted that so we're all just meeting everyone tomorrow after we sleep in :) I'm looking forward to that. Once I wake up, I'm going to go on a run and then get ready to go.

Alrighty-oh...not sure what else to write.

Love and miss you all!!

~Kelsey

P.S.
Happy Belated Birthday Neil!

baselines baby!

Hello again!
Figured I'd update since I'm sitting in the lounge with the world series game on but...we all know I'm not a fan of a baseball.
Today was a pretty good day. It started off semi-boring but got better. We started with American Red Cross disaster and shelter relief. It was kind of interesting but it's one of those things that you don't know what to expect until it actually happens.
Then we had safety van training and I learned how to change a a tire and I learned how to put on snow chains and I learned other car essential stuff. It was pretty fun...the day went by fast as least since we wern't just sitting in lecture all day.
Then we had our baselines :) We had to run 1.5miles and then do as many pushups and situps that we could in 1 min. I ran the 1.5miles in 13:08, 24 regular pushups and 59 situps. I was proud of myself...especially for the run. My lungs were killing afterwards cause it was kind of chilly and they still do. Hopefully it won't be turning into something worse since the flu is going around. Three people in our unit have Swine Flu but their symptoms arn't anything more than just the regular flu but they are all in quarantine so they don't get everyone else sick. And 2 team leaders are also sick.
Now I'm just hanging in the lounge with lots of baseball fans but it's still fun.
We find out our permanent teams tomorrow...excited and nervous about it :)

Love and miss you all!!!

Happy November!

Hello Everyone!!!
Things have been going great here! I love Denver...downtown is always a good time and today we went to Boulder which is a really hip town. I think I'm gonna go back soon. We were only there for 2hrs and I needed much more shopping time!
So...today (nov 3) we had unit time. We started with a great hike that was about 1.5hours. I realized I need hiking shoes though since my gym shoes arn't cutting it and my feet were sliding when going downhill. But..it was really fun. Then we went to Boulder and walked around and I bought a cool shirt and some pins. And then...I taught my units PT today which was fun. Most people were respectful and most really liked it too :) It felt nicer leading 50 people but definitely different than training 1 on 1.

Yesterday (Nov 2) was very boring. We learned about Diversity for 8 hours. The first half was pretty good and it got me thinking. We had to pick out 4 things that defined me and I had a hard time. Who am I?? That is the question. haha. I just had a hard time.

Halloween was super fun!! I volunteered at a Childrens Museum with like 10 others and got 6hours towards ISP then I met up with everyone at a bar. Then we did some bar hopping and it was a good time. I usually never really celebrate Halloween so it was a nice change. I was Luigi!

Well..my brain shutting is shutting off and I really can't think of what else I've done...

Oh yea...I went indoor rock climbing which was awesome! My arms were super sore though for a few days afterwards. I posted all my pics on Facebook if anyone wants to check them out.

I love you all and miss you!!!!

Snow Day!!!

Hi everyone!!! Sorry I haven't been updating my blog. I've been super busy and it's actually really nice not being on the computer all the time. Things have been going great! We're still in Training and leave for our first spike on Nov 14th (i think). I've done a few projects so far which has been a great change from just sitting down all down in a lecture learning about common sense stuff. My projects I've done so far have been playing with kids at a school, building a track for the same school, working on a house that is used for a counseling center and working at a food bank warehouse doing cleaning and working on the assembly line. I have loved all the projects! And...my group met the band "One Republic" at our last project when we were working at the Denver Rockie Food Bank. They pretty much did our job for 30mins to make themselves look better by saying that they do volunteer work but it was kind of lame. But...it was awesome meeting some celebrities, especially since I know a couple of their songs. They were there with The Biggest Loser producers so we think that they were doing something together with the show. So...some of my team members may be on TV. Only 5 of us were allowed to be on the assemble line with the band. To decide..our team leaders picked a number 1 through 50 and whoever picked closer go to do that...My number wasn't close. haha. But it was still cool since we were still there. Denver is great. I love the bus system and the lightrail system and the whole Downtown atmosphere. And right now the mountains are covered with snow since it's been snowing since last night and is suppose to continue through til Thursday. There's a rumor going around that our plans for tomorrow our cancelled cause of the snow but that's not definite yet. But..that would be pretty sweet. I'm off for the rest of the day today cause of the snow too. There's going to be a snowball fight at 3 so I may do that. I'm just not sure if I want to get all my clothes wet since I don't do laundry too often but chances are I will since it'll be fun. So..the uniform isn't too awful anymore. It's nice just waking up and already knowing what to wear. We were given black and khaki pants and a few different types of shirts and a nice fleece vest and a warm coat and steel toe boots. The boots make the feet look even bigger but they do get the job done and are warm. I need to buy more high winter socks though since you need high socks for the boots unless you want to be in awful pain. And..I definitely don't want that. But anyways...things are going GREAT here in Denver and I truly am loving every minute of it :) I miss you all will keep undating my blog when I can. Love you all!!! ~Kelsey

Oh yes...the pic is of me and some of my teammates getting ready to clean and paint the Food Bank Wearhouse!!!!
